How to Enroll (It's Simpler Than You Think)
Step 1: Gather Your Documents
Here's your checklist. Get these ready so enrollment goes fast:
- Proof of age for your student (birth certificate or equivalent)
- Proof of income for the household
- Shot records OR a written statement that your child will not be receiving vaccinations (either one works, your choice as the parent)
- Steamboat Legacy families only: your approval documentation showing your student was approved and the approved award amount
Step 2: Contact Us
Email hello@lyrashaai.com with:
- Your student's name and grade
- Whether you're a Steamboat Legacy family or a private-pay family
- Anything you want us to know about how your child learns
Step 3: We Set Up a Secure Exchange
Please do NOT email your documents. And we will never ask for your child's Social Security number — not on this website, not by email, not ever. A homeschool program doesn't need it, so we don't collect it. This website does not collect enrollment documents either. For your family's security, all sensitive documents are exchanged through a secure channel that we set up with you personally after first contact. We'll walk you through it. It's easy, and it keeps your family's information protected.
Step 4: Enrollment Confirmation
Once your documents are verified and payment (or your ESA award documentation) is in place, your student is enrolled. We'll schedule a start date, help you arrange their learning device (a separate purchase — see the Tuition page), and set up their own dashboard with their grade-catered curriculum.
